Note: James’ age should be 22. Our James Lodge was the only one of that name in White Hall in 
1860 so it is assumed that who ever gave the information did not know. It is unknown if Copley 
or Dinwiddy were related in some way. Mary’s maiden name is unknown. It is possible that one 
of them was her brother. No one else with the spelling Dinwiddy was found in IL, but there are 
numerous Dinwiddie families.
