First owned by Abraham Thomas Cole, passed to Abraham's son John Sigel Cole, passed to John's daughter Sarah Jane Cole Hall, passed to Sarah's daughter, Leola Ruth Hall O'Bannon. Leola provided her nephew, John N. Hall with copies of the bible & he graciously send copies to me.

Leek Family Bible

First owned by Richard Deshay Leek and his wife Mahala Frances Miller, passed to their daughter Mary. The bible was destroyed by water except for the family record pages which were saved and passed to Mary's son James Leek, passed to James' son George Leek and passed to George's cousin Susan Ferguson. All images were faded and have been darkened for clarity.

First owned by Laban James McAferty and his wife Hazel Maude Friend. Passed to their son David Morris McAferty, passed to David's son David James McAferty, passed to his cousin Susan Ferguson.

McAferty Family Bible

Eastern Star Bible owned by Hazel Maude Friend McAferty, passed to her son David, then passed to his daughter Barbara. Bible given to Hazel, 21 May 1947 from the Eastern Star Ruth Chapter #177 in Joplin, MO

Wilkins Family Bible

First owned by James Henry Wilkins and his wife Myrta May Lodge, passed to their daughter Audrey Wilkins. After Audrey's death the bible was put in storage and is now no longer in existence. Photo copies were made by Susan Ferguson from the origional bible at the last Wilkins family reunion. The Wedding Certificate page was faded and has been darkened for clarity.
