Heyshott Parish Church
The 13th century church stands on a mound in the centre of the village of Heyshott. Much of the church was renovated or rebuilt in the 19th century. Parish registers start from 1587. The village is situated about 3 miles south of Midhurst. The nearby manor of Heyshott was owned by the Percy family of Northumberland until 1534. Photo: Lesley Huppert |
