Youngest daughter of Ryan
and Sarah, Myrtle was born in about 1883, but
died young as did her older sister Ada. In 1897
both of their parents died leaving the eldest son
Edward (born 1875), to care for his brother
Norman, who was nearly fourteen years his junior.
