| Richard
Peters, son of Richard and Jerusha (Sutton), was
born in Clifton Park, Saratoga county, New York
in 1773. He married Susannah Halstead, the
daughter of James and Elizabeth (Teed), she
having been born in that county in 1772. She and
Richard both passed away in Bloomville, Delaware
County, New York in 1853 and were the parents of
nine children: Daniel, William, Richard, James,
John, Susan, Sarah, and Jerusha. |
