| Raymond,
pictured here with his wife and children, was
born in Lee County, Illinois in December 1881
and was the son of Franklin F. & Ida Mae
(Rand) Johnson. In about 1884, the Johnson
family moved to Cherokee County, Iowa where
they lived until 1899, removing thereafter to
Wadena County, Minnesota where he married
Mattie in about 1908 and according to the
1910 and 1920 census, the family continued to
live.
