Cynthia was born on the 12th of
August 1894 in St. Louis, Missouri. She is the
daughter of John and Clarissa "Amanda"
(Moore) Fenton and wife of Clarence Seymour
Suggs. They were the parents of John, Francis,
Clarissa, Edith, and Thelma Suggs.
Cynthia
passed away on the 19th of December 1927 and was
laid to rest in the Lake St. Charles Cemetery in
St. Louis, Missouri.
