William Strickland In the Name of God Amen, I, WILLIAM STRICKLAND of North Carolina and County of Northampton Being sick and weak in Body but in perfect mind and Memory thanks be to almighty God for it and Calling unto mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing it is Appointed for all to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament principally as followeth— First, I Recomend my Soul into the hands of almighty God and my Body to the Ground to be buried in a desent manner at the Discretion of my Executors and all my Worldly Estate which It has pleased God to bless me with in this Life, I Give in the following manner and form— Item, I give the use of all my estate to my beloved wife, MARY STRICKLAND , Be it any kind or quality whatsoever during her natural life, and after her decease I give my mare to my son, NATHAN STRICKLAND , and the resedue of my estate I leave to be equally devided between BENJAMIN STRICKLAND, LUCRANA (LURANA?) PULLEY, MARY PULLEY, MARTHA STRICKLAND AND NANCY STRICKLAND, to them and their heirs forever.
