In the name of God Amen. I Uriah Strickland, of the Johnston County, being sick of body and perfect mind and memory, blessed by God, do, this fourth day of February in the year of our Lord, One thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve, make and publish this, my last will and testament in manner following that is to say:

First, I lend to my beloved wife Elizabeth during her natural life, all my lands, including the Plantation I now live on and after her demise to my son ADEN ;

I further give to my beloved wife Elizabeth , all the perishible part of my estate to dispose of as she pleases; except few liqises hereafter mom……..

I further give to my beloved daughter, Clary , one dollar to her forever;

I further give to my beloved daughter, Cason , one dollar to her forever;

I further give to my beloved daughter, Laney , one dollar to her forever;

I further give to my beloved son ADEN , all my lands, including the plantation I now live on to him and his heirs forever;

It is my will and desire that as much of my estate be sold at the discretion of my Exeutor as will pay all the _____ that to be paid in money and also to pay all my just debts and charges, and I hereby make and ordain my beloved wife Elizabeth, Exeuctor of this, my last will and testament;

In witness whereof, I, the said Uriah Strickland , have to this, my last will and testament, set my hand and seal thie day and year above written.
