Details of the site were provided by Leslie Stratfull who is the
brother of my mother Ivy Mildred Stratfull who died at Ramsgate on the 28
December 1990. She married James Mcloughlin an Inspector in the London
Police. There were two children myself James Anthony McLoughlin born 3 Feb
1937 and my sister Patricia Margaret born 25 April 1939 both of whom now
live in Australia. Incidentally Monica Matten(Stratfull)-on of the two
sisters that married two brothers now lives in New Zealand with her
daughter Wendy

Hi, I just happen to stumble across this website and was very surprised
to see my husband and myself listed under the 5th generation of
Stratfull's. My husband Richard Paul Stratfull is the son of Donald Paul
Stratfull (#98) and Sandra Kay Ellefson. There was some information
missing so I thought I would forward. Richard and I were married on May 1,
1993 in South San Francisco, California, USA. My full name is Cynthia
(Cindy) Jane Connell Stratfull and I was born on June 25, 1962 in
Burlingame, California, USA. I also forwarded the website to Rich's sister
Pamela Gail so that she may update her information. You have done a great

Found your page on ancestry.co.uk.
I'm researching the Stratfords of Bucks and thought it would be worth a
look as the names do tend to change.
Mine were from Aston Clinton moving to Illmire then Monks Risborough.
I have come across some Stratfull's in my research and can send on info if
your interested.
Good website, I like the inclusion of County and parish maps, very
helpful.

The Stratford's in our family are being very hard to trace so have to
check everything out. We too are new to the search. Our Stratford's hail
from Nottingham- Worcester area. Grandfather is we believe, James or James
William, Grandmother was Julia Marie Blanche Nutt, she was from Calais in
France. Find your site very informative and well thought out. Keep up the

Brilliant site[s]. Have just discovered my partners family were canal
people. So many coincidences. Now if I can just connect your Eliza Owen
with ours , we could be related!! Interesting as I was brought up in Hemel
and my partner in Uxbridge. We also have family from almost everywhere
else you mention. The boats must have been passing each other on a daily
basis!!

Interesting to see that my family name does have a history. We have not
been able to look up too much, but one interesting point is that this site
identifies Three Stratfull / Horwood weddings, well in 1976 there was
another, mine. I will view the site often, and inform my brothers and
sisters of it's existence.
