This family originated in Augusta County, VA. Most of the research on this family has been done by Dr. Harry H. Handley. I would like to double check sources and compile the data. If anyone knows the location of a copy of the Handley Manuscript by Dr. Handley, please let me know. I will be adding pages to the Bell Manuscript as I digitize them. This will be very slow since I have a very poor copy of Dr. Handley’s work.
