Whereas, George W. Munger hath been chosen to the Office of Constable of the Town of Colton at the Annual Town Meeting held therein on the 15^th day of February instant.

Now therefore the said George W. Munger to James H. Bridge as his sureties do jointly & severally agree to pay to each & every person who may be entitled thereto all such sums of money as the said George W. Munger may become liable to pay on account of any execution which shall be delivered to him for collection.
