Jim Thompson's company, which produces CD copies of historical books and issues them at low cost.   Very interesting recordings of historic articles read in authentic Cornish accents (which are unique).

Truro Bookshop

          Bookseller with a special Cornish collection; will take orders, and specific searches.

Ivor Cornish - Bookseller

Bookseller specializing in West Britian, including Bristol, Bath, Devonshire,
Cornwall, etc.; will search for requested topics, and will send an index of
available books via email  if requested.  (This is currently quite large- 3 sections.)

CORNISH FORE-FATHERS

A source for transcriptions on CD, not including St. Austell or Charlestown, ranging in price from £ 2.75 to £ 21.95; also has a newsletter, and private message board. She does offer some transcriptions of Treverbyn records, and photos of the church - both of which can be found on this website for free.

A not-for-profit society which sells CDs and booklets of transcriptions, and has links to a pay-per-view website - members may request help in researching families . They may soon start "scanning" books also. They maintain a library in Truro which is open to all; non-members are asked to make a contribution.
