Looking for more information on:
Abraham Stettler arrived in Philadelphia in 1738 on the Thistle.
Abraham in 1738 received 250 acres in Lebanon Twp., Lancaster Co., Pa. Sold this land in
1741.
Bought more land in 1747 which his wife Barbara and son John patented in 1769.
His will was written in 1753 in Bethel Township, Lebanon Co., PA and proved in 1760.
Rudolph Hentzeiger and Casper Shirk were executors.
Searching for their children especially Christian Stettler born 1753.
Christian Stettler, his wife Christina -----, and 9 children left Pa. about 1799 and
arrived in present Piqua, Ohio, Miami Co.
Christian Stettler changed the spelling of the name to Statler sometime after 1805.
