PLATTSBURG, Mo. - Anna Frances O'Connor, 93, of Plattsburg, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 21,
2005, with family by her side.
Anna was born Feb. 25, 1911, to Daniel S. and Mary Frances (McQuinn) O'Connor on the family farm. Anna lived in or near the Plattsburg community all her life. She was endeared by all family and friends whose lives she touched. Anna was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Dennis, B.T., Dan S. Jr. and Vince O'Connor; four sisters, Helen Downey, Sis Courtney, Marguerite O'Connor, Bernie Hales; and one niece, Julie Hoffman.
Survivors: nieces and nephews, Betty Lawless, Dennis O'Connor Jr., Kathleen Seberger, Patricia Scott, Roseanne Courtney, Donald O'Connor, Tom O'Connor, Loretta Broderick, Juanita Thornton, Charlene Swope, Peggy Evans, Dean Hales, Marlene Mogg, Kay Ewing, Jo Ewing, Dan S. O'Connor III, Judy Plummer; 60 great-nieces and nephews; 105 great-great-nieces and nephews; and two great-great-great-nieces and nephews.
Aunt Anna spent her life caring for and supporting all of us.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2005, at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Plattsburg, Mo. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Plattsburg, Mo. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to Oakridge Nursing Home, Plattsburg. Arrangements through Bailey & Cox Family Funeral Service, Plattsburg, Mo.
