COOK ON GREAT LAKES 20 YEARS IS DEAD TODAY

Elmer E. Miller of Brighton died this morning at Marine hospital, Cleveland, where he had been for the last month. He had undergone an operation for cancer two weeks prior to his death.

Mr. Miller, the father of six children, had been a cook on the Great Lakes for the past twenty years.

Surviving are his wife, Marie; three sons, Maynard, Robert and Jimmy Dale; a daughter, Rosa, and twin daughters, Janet and Janette.

Others who survive are his father, J. D. Miller of Brighton; a sister, Mrs. Luella Markham of Mansfield; and seven brothers, Harry of Rochester, Doan of Sanddusky, Clarence and Frank of Birmingham, Lee of Sheffield Village, and Kenneth and Roy of Cleveland.

Funeral arrangements, in charge of the Andrews Funeral Home, are in complete.
