SERVICES FRIDAY FOR E.E. HALES
Services will be held at 1:30 (DST) Friday from the Gerber Funeral Home in Wakeman for Elmer E. Hales of R. D. 1 Wellington, who passed away Monday of a heart attack while at work for the Miller Construction Company at Waterloo, Ia. The Rev. Albert Cohen, pastor of the Brighton Congregational Church, will officiate, and interment will be made in the Camden Cemetery.
Born Jan. 5, 1905 in Camden-twp he had just recently gone to Waterloo to work.
His survivors include three sons---Robert and Ronald of New London, and Ralph, Bellevue, Mich.; his father, Vernon, Wellington; four sisters-- Mrs. Grace Beam, Wellington; Mrs. Marie Guder John, West Salem; Mrs. Mary Merrill and Mrs. Lucy Neal, Kipton, and two brothers--Charles of Elyria, and James, Wellington.
