SURNAME & DNA PROJECT (SSDP) APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:
Before any
member’s name, membership number, DNA results and/or pedigree information can be
posted on the internet the SSDP Application must be signed, witnessed,
and received by the SSDP Group Administrator.

SSDP Group Administrator, members and sponsors of this project
disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to this website
and any information contained therein, including warranties as to the accuracy
or completeness of the information, nor does the Group Administrator and members
represent that its use would not infringe on privately owned rights.
Further the
Group Administrator and members shall not be liable for any damages of any kind,
under any theory of liability, resulting from user’s access to the website of
