Dorothy Mae Gordon

Dorothy Mae Gordon, 75, of Waukegan, died on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at home.
Dorothy was born August 5, 1930 in Waukegan and had lived in Waukegan all of her life. She was a member of Community Christian Church of Waukegan. Dorothy also retired from Sunset Foods in Lake Forest.
Survivors include her children, Karen Bolton of Beach Park, Diane (James) Milam of Wadsworth, Donna Gordon of Waukegan, Billie Jean (Steve) Willis of Cedar Park, TX, William (Carla) Gordon Jr. of Beach Park and Sherri Alexander of Waukegan; 13 grandchildren, Chris (Nicole), Nikki, Brandon, Dennis, Ashley, Crystal, Shelby (Aaron), William III, Richard, Theodore, Miranda, Melanie and James "JD"; four great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Cassidy, Jasmine and Caleb; a brother, Fred (Dee) Zoehler of Kentucky; and a sister, June (Gil) Wedekind of Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Gordon Sr.; a grandson, Ian Bolton; and her parents, Gordon and Dorothy Zoehler.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 30, 2006, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Congdon Funeral Home, with Pastor Tim Knight of Community Christian Church, officiating. Interment will follow at North Shore Garden of Memories, North Chicago.
