Of Bryam Stacy, deceased (defendants). John Stacy failed to appear in court and the subpena issued to Alfred Stacy not being executor and subpena directed to the sheriff of Montgomery County against Gaberial Baker, admin. Of Bryam Stacy, deced. And William Stacy had not been returned and a pluries subpena issued against the said Alfred Stacy and also against the said Gaberial Baker as admin. Of Byram Stacy decd. And Wiliam Stacy to the sheriff of Mongomery County. Dec. 28, 1854. Page 140. Stacy, William Overton: William O. Stacy was born in Indian Territory, later Oklahoma, October 8, 1899, to W. F. and Emma Stacy. He and his wife Jamie, who lives in Mansfield, had four children: James Stacy of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Lee Harold Stacy (deceased), Hilda Germick (deceased) and Pat Vensusen, of Denver. The Stacys lived in California for 36 years where he worked in a Borax plant. They returned to Arkansas in 1977, where they attended the Church of Nazarine. He entered Pinewood in November of 1990. Dorothy Ray, Dorothy Mae Stacy Ray, 85, of Pine Bluff, died March 18, 1998, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 19, 1912, at Jonesboro, a daughter of the late Thomas Walter Stacy and Mossie Bramlett Stacy. She was retired from Baptist Memorial Hospital at Memphis and was a member of First United Methodist Church at Memphis. She was preceeded in death by her husband David J. Ray, who died on July 3, 1991; and brother Thomas W. Stacy. Survivors include a sister, Alice White of Pine Bluff. The funeral will be noon Saturday at Frazers Funeral Home at Warren with the Rev. Bob Bledsoe officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery at Warren. White County, Arkansas ChanceryCourt William Stacy, Desarc Township, estray horse taken up, March 7, 1845.
