them were Sprostons and Sprosons. The list below details those that died,
this has been extracted from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission web site.

total 23 young men gave their lives. Five of them were members of the
Cheshire Regiment, one was in the newly formed RAF and one was from
Australia. |
