I do Solemely Swear that I will not under the Lisince which I am about to obtain retail any spiritness burrows? or fermanto? ?????? to any slave nor knowingly permit the same to be lone without permmission of the owner nor to any free person of color nor knowing permit or allow any gaming or whiskey wine rum Brandy money or any thing to eat or drink or other valuable things in the house in which I retail sprits or any premises or ?? any other place procuredly me or by any other person for that purpose and if any person should game or let to my knowledge I voice give information thereof to the grand jury of my county at the next term of the curt so help me God
