Notice
of Sale. Notice is hereby given that I will sell at
Public auction on Friday, the 10th day of December, 1858, in
the town of Leopold, the personal property of Joseph James,
late of Perry county, deceased: consisting of dry goods and
groceries, bacon and lard. Household and kitchen furniture. A
credit of six months will be given on all sums over three
dollars. The purchaser giving his note with approved security
waiving valuation and appraisement laws and bearing interest
from date. John Patrick, Adm. Nov.13, 1858 "Cannelton
