ESTATES FOR DUTY

The estates of 350 persons were certified last month for death duties. The largest was that of Annie Quayle TOWNEND of Canterbury, certified at £796,448 [In 2013 estimated at NZ$118,508, 232.00!]. The following are the principal estates notified from Auckland district:
