TERRITORY OF WESTERN SAMOA

ORDER FOR DEPORTATION

I, Robert Ward Tate, the Administrator of Western Samoa, being satisfied that the several persons names in the Schedule to this Order were born, or their fathers were born, in places which on the fourth day of August 1914 were within the limits of the German Empire in Europe or within the limits of the Monarchy of Austria-Hungary, do hereby, in pursuance of this authority, conferred on me by Clause 5 of the Samoa Immigration Order, 1920, and acting in pursuance of directions given in that behalf by the Minister of External Affairs, order each of the said persons together with all their children to leave Samoa.
