Dear husband
I received yours of the 23 Sept. It found us all well an doing well an I hope
this will find you well an doing well. I have herd from brother John. He is at Camp Chase and well. Sister Catharine was married last Sunday to Dawson
O'Neal. Crops are good in this country. You wanted to no the name of John Paschal post office. It is Alton. Bety is still living with
me. The children talks about you aheap an wants you to come home. Bety sends
her love to you. I want to see you very bad. It is my daly prair that you may
live to come home to me again an may the God of Joseph be with you in all your
troubles until you return to me again. Father an Mother sends their to you.
Tell John Boner his father family is well. He wants you to rite about him in
your letters.
I must close by saying I remain your loving wife until death.
