I will always be grateful to my parents, Tommy and Beulah Nipper, and to my great-grandmother, Bessie (Tucker) McKeehan, who shared so many stories and memories and helped me as much as possible with the family tree. Also, I appreciate the stories and help from Aunt Harriet (McKeehan) Wyatt, my grandmother Susie (McKeehan) Nipper Blakemore, Aunt Lula Fairbanks, and Aunt Pearl Clayton.
