I will always be thankful for and appreciative of my father Tommy Nipper who helped gather this information. Another most helpful researcher on these many lines was Cousin Ross Nipper of Barberton, Ohio. He was undaunted in his efforts in spite of serious illness and constant pain. They are deeply and sadly missed. Also, I will always be grateful to Aunt Annie (Nipper) Vaughn, Aunt Bessie (Nipper) Colquitt, Cousin Rachel (Rudd) Brown, Cousin Frankie (Rudd) Riggs, and Cousin Retta Rudd, all now deceased, for help with these lines!
