Many thanks to Cousin Mickey Cline, physician in Boone, NC, for copying Grandpa Cline's portrait above and sending me this photo! This portrait hung in his home in the Knobs for many years until Grandma Cline's death. Their youngest son, Uncle Frank Cline of Etowah, TN, received the portrait and hung it in his bedroom above the bed. When Uncle Frank died, his oldest grandson Mickey Cline received the huge portrait in its ornate gold frame. Two of Mickey's many talents are photography and genealogy.
