Ephraim's glory is like the firstling of his bullocks and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth.
~ Deuteronomy 33:17

Linda's Hunter Ancestors and Cousins

The Hunter family includes Irish Hunters and Myers and English Titus and Jakways. Robert Titus came to America in the 1620's and the Abraham Jaquish/Jaques came shortly after both Families settling in New England later moving west through New Hampshire, Ohio, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado and finally Idaho. The Hunters immigrated to Pennsylvania, moving to Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Colorado, and then to Idaho. Through my Jakway line I am descended from five of the original Mayflower passengers and many of my ancestors fought in the King Phillip War, French and Indian Wars, Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War I and Vietnam War.
