He m. Plymouth ca. 1652 PRISCILLA FAUNCE, b. Plymouth ca. 1634; d. there 15 May 1707 near 74 years of age; dau. of John and Patience (Morton) Faunce.
Joseph Warren was a representative to the General Court from 1681 until 1686 and a member of the Council-of-War of the colony in 1675.
The will of Joseph Warren Sr. of Plymouth dated 4 May 1689, sworn 4 Sept 1689, names wife Priscilla; sons Joseph and Benjamin; daughters Mercy Bradford and Patience and Elisabeth (no surname); brother Thomas Faunce, proving Joseph's marriage to Priscilla Faunce.
On 5 Jan. 1703/4 and 5 Dec. 1703 Priscilla Warren, widow of Joseph, confirmed land to Benjamin Warren.
On 9 March 1719 Josiah Finney and wife Elizabeth and Patience Lucas, all of Plymouth, gave land to Joseph Warren of Plymouth, "all that belonged to our father, Joseph Warren."
