Born in Hughesville, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Thomas Grube and Mrs. Lewis Granda.She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Easton.
Surviving with her husband are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Allem of Lake Wales, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Helen Grube of Phillipsburg; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Strunk Funeral Home, 2101 Northampton St., Wilson. A calling period will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday until services.

Raymond A. Meyers, 88, of 2732 Nazareth Road, Palmer Township, died Sunday in Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center I, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Edith (Grube) Meyers.
He was employed by the former Dixie Cup Division, American Can Co., Wilson, for 33 years before retiring as a supervisor in 1964.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late William G. and Laura (Rogers) Meyers.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Easton.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Allem of Lake Wales, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Fenstermaker of Washington, N.J.; a brother William of Phillipsburg; two grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

VENTURA, Calif. -- Philip A. Phillips, Jr., 86, formerly of Milford, died on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2005 in Ventura, Ca.Born August 11, 1918 in Pohatcong, he was a son of the late Philip and Hilda Sloyer Phillips.
He was a graduate of Frenchtown High School, Class of 1935. He joined the Army in 1941 and married the former Elizabeth Van Horn of Stockton at the Base Chapel in Fort Belvoir, Va. He served in England, North Africa, and Italy in the Engineer Corps as a First Lieutenant. After leaving the Army, he entered Rutgers University and graduated in 1949 with a degree in Civil Engineering. In 1952, with his family, he moved to California to a job at the Los Angeles County Road Department and was the City Traffic Engineer for the City of La Mirada, Ca. He retired in 1978.
Philip was a past president of the Toast Masters, was past president of the La Mirada Golf Club, was an active member of the Whittier Elks Club, and the Retired Elks Camping Group. He served many years in the Army Reserves, achieving the rank of Major.
He is survived by a daughter, Nanci and her husband, Steve of Ventura, Calif.; a son, Tom and his wife, Thelma of Gilford, N.H.; four grandchildren, Stephanie Garrett Barber, Scott Garrett, Paul and Alan Phillips; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Dorothy Durnan of Upper Black Eddy, Pa., and Lois Sampson of Phillipsburg. Three brothers, Donald, David, Paul, and two sisters, Verna and Eileen, all died earlier.
Graveside services with Military Honors were held at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif.

BEULAH M. SEIFERT
Beulah M. SEIFERT, 97, formerly of Roth Avenue, Hellertown, died Friday in Zohlman Nursing Home, Richardland. She was the wife of the late Thurston E. SEIFERT.Born in Lower Saucon Township, she was a daughter of the late Amandus and Sallie (BARRON) SLOYER.
She was a member of Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, Bethlehem, and its Women's Missionary Society.
Survivors: Sons, Arlington L. of Newfoundland, Wayne County, and Delbert L. of Coopersburg; daughter, Celestine M. of Rockford, Ill.; eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Eleanora BUDDOCK.
Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Heintzelman Funeral Home, 326 Main St., Hellertown. Call 10-11 a.m. Tuesday.

THURSTON E. SEIFERT
Thurston E. Seifert, 92, of 136 Roth Ave., Hellertown, died Thursday in St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Beulah M. (Sloyer) Seifert.
He was a gauge man in the beam yard at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for many years before retiring in 1967.
Born in Durham Township, he was a son of the late Edwin and Arvesta (Stonebach) Seifert.
He was a member of Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, Bethlehem.
Surviving with his widow are two sons, Arlington L. of Newfoundland, Wayne County, and Delbert L. of Coopersburg R.4; a daughter, Celestine M. of Chicago, Ill.; a brother Nevin of Bethlehem; a sister, Mrs. Florence Swartz of Hellertown R.1; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Eleanora Buddock, preceded him in death.
Services will be announced by the Templeton-Heintzelman Funeral Home, 326 Main St., Hellertown.
