Copyright Morning Call Apr 25, 1985Dr. Linwood J. Pearson, 60, of 338 W. Vine St., Fleetwood, died Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital, Reading. He was the husband of Petrona (Kreppus) Pearson.
He was medical director of the southeast district of the State Department of Health in West Reading.
He received his B.S. from Ursinus College in 1944 and his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in 1948.
Pearson received the Outstanding Disabled State Employee Award in 1983.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late John Z. and Annie (Christine) Pearson.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Easton.
He was a lieutenant commander in the Navy during World War II.
Surviving with his widow are a son John of New Hartford, N.Y.; three daughters, Patricia, wife of Dr. Joseph Rubentone of Philadelphia, Susannah, wife of Blair Ansell of York, and Audrey, wife of Michael Spasak of Bethlehem; a brother, Lester S. of Bethlehem; a sister, Mrs. Howard Bleam of Quakertown; a stepson, Richard Wagner, at home, and three grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Friday in the church. The Lester S. Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden St., Bethlehem, is in charge of arrangements.

He died 4, 5 on 12 Apr 2000 in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Edwin retired 6 meat cutter, 37 years in 1975 in Pantry Pride Food Store. Edwin W. Warfield, 76, of Breinigsville, formerly of 2124 Glendale Ave., Bethlehem, died Wednesday, April 12, in the home of his daughter, Bonnie L., wife of Dr. Jack M. Treadway of Kutztown. He was the husband of Mildred B. (Frankenfield) Warfield. They were married for 58 years last May.
Warfield was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Philippines and Japan. He was a prisoner of war for over three years, and a survivor of the Bataan Death March on the southern peninsula of Luzon, Philippine Islands.He was a member of the Ex-Prisoners of War, and the American Defenders of Bataan and Cregidor.
He was a meat cutter for the former Pantry Pride Food Store, Allentown, for 37 years before retiring in 1975.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Harper and Gertrude (Kleckner) Warfield.
He was a member of Jordan United Church of Christ, Allentown.
He was a former chairman of the board and a life member of the Izaak Walton Rod and Gun Club, a life member of the Guthsville Rod and Gun Club, and a member of the Pioneer Fire Company, Allentown, and the Allentown Fireman's Relief Association.
He was also a member of the Mountainville Senior Bowling League, 1979 to the present, and the Rosebowl 55 and Over League since 1995.
Survivors: Wife; daughter, Bonnie L., and two grandchildren.

Kenneth C. Frankenfield, 75, of Fountain Hill, died Friday, July 9, in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Evelyn R. (Grady) Frankenfield who died in March.
He was a machinist at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 45 years, retiring in 1986.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Charles and Mellie (Christine) Frankenfield.
He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, and served as past president of its council.
He was a founder of the Fountain Hill Emergency Squad and Fire Department and served as vice president of the emergency squad. He was a coach for the Fountain Hill Little League from 1957-74. He was past president of the Frankenfield family reunion for many years.
Survivors: Sons, Ronald of Bethlehem, Dennis of Scottsdale, Ariz., Blair of Allentown and Kevin of Fountain Hill; sister, Mildred Warfield of Breinigsville, 12 grandchildren and two step great- grandchildren.

She was also a member of the Faith Choir and the Bach Festival and bazaar committees.
