COLTON--The funeral for John W. McKenty, 63, T. Alexander Road, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew's Church, Norwood, with the Rev. Paul F. Worczak, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norwood.

Mr. McKenty died Wednesday morning in the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Buffalo.

Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Buck Funeral Home, Norwood.

He served with the Army and was vice president of CNF Industries, Meriden, Conn., an industrial construction company, until his retirement.

Born Aug. 20, 1937, in Potsdam, a son of Charles and Elizabeth Parr McKenty, he was a graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School and married Gail Anne Tessier on Aug. 17, 1963, at St. Andrew's Chucrch with Monsignor Francis J. Maguire officiating.

He was a member of trhe Knights of Columbus Council, Potsdam, and a past chief of Norwood Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Darren, Prospect, Conn., and Michael, Tolland, Conn.; two daughters, Mrs. Kelley (Denise) Krouter, Beaumont, Texas, and Diana McKenty, Vernon, Conn.; two brothers, James, West Potsdam, and Robert, Syracuse; four sisters, Mrs. Gary (Patricia) Prashaw, Norwood, Mrs. Richard (Jean) Disbrow, Syracuse, Kathleen Illian, Greer, S.C., and Mrs. Thomas (Betty) Taylor, Mystic, Conn., and four grandchildren.

A son, Patrick Charles, died Dec. 27, 1965.

Donations may be made to St. Andrew's Church.
