Information: On November 15, 2004, I, (Living), spoke on the telephone with FENTON, June. At the time she was living in a rest home in Powell, Wyoming. We spoke for about a half hour about her parent's family (FENTON, Robert and STANLEY, Ruth Anna) and her grandmother (PARKIN, Amelia). The following are the more interesting things she said. Where I tried to quote her, I included the text in double quotes. The non-quoted text is my summary of what she said.
Transcription: "After grandmother Amelia and her children emigrated to Salt Lake City, Dad caught Brigham Young trying to sleep with grandmother. This turned the whole family off of the church. My father, if he ever would have had the chance, he would have killed Brigham Young."

"When grandma died, dad buried her in the Old Meeteetse Cemetery on Meeteetse Creek and built a beautiful rod iron fence around the family burial plot. They called Florence 'Flossie' and she married George Thayer and had 13 children. She had one or two children die, and she took them up the the Old Meeteetse Cemetery on Meeteetse Creek and buried them in dad's burial plot next to grandma. She never asked dad if she could bury them there and it really made him angry." In this quote, "grandma" is PARKIN, Amelia, "dad" is FENTON, Robert, and "Florence" is FENTON, Florence Golden.
Most of the family is buried in the Cody cemetery in the Fenton family plot.
