Andrew Smith and Jane Smith his wife, Grantors of Salt Lake County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, hereby conveys and warrants to Lewis Barbiere, Grantee of Scofield, Carbon Co. Utah, for the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars, the following tract of land in Carbon County, State of Utah, All of the Lot Two (2) in Block Eighteen (18) containing 0.250 acres as platted in Plat A Scofield Townsite Survey in Carbon County, Utah.
Witness the Hands of said grantors this 11th day of August A.D. nineteen hundred nine.
