Transcription: FENTON: In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Fenton of Walkeringham in the county of Nottingham servant being sick and weak in body but sound and disposing mind praised be God for the same do make this my last will and testament. First, I give and bequeath to my father Benjamin Fenton my watch and all my wearing apparel and the lawful interest arising from all the monies due and owing to me and notes which I am possessed of after paying all my debts and the proving of this my last will and testament and funeral expenses to be paid by my hereafter named executor in trust. And at the death of my said father Benjamin Fenton I give and bequeath all the aforesaid monies and notes to be equally divided and paid to my eight Brothers and Sisters hereafter named viz. William Fenton, Isaac Fenton, John Fenton, Mary Barrowcliff, Ann Cook, James Fenton, Joseph Fenton, and Robert Fenton their heire within six months after the decease of my said father and I give to my brother John Fenton the clock which he has in his possession. And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Francis Bolton exectuor in trust of this my last will and testament in which whereof I the said Thomas Fenton have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of May in the year of our Lord 1810.
