• He was a partner from 1873 to 1880 with William Kendrick in Louisville KY as WM KENDRICK & SON, with a shop on the south side of Main Street, just east of the National Hotel. The firm moved in 1875 to west side of Fourth Street at number 336, between Market and Jefferson. By 1877, the shop was at 110 Fourth. ⁵
