• Alternate Mark • Apprenticed about 1815 to Cyrus Platt in Burlington VT 13 • He worked from 1823 to 1833 as a silversmith in Burlington VT 13 • Burlington VT, Mar 1824: purchased Platt's lot and shop for $700. 13 • Advertised in the Free Press (Burlington VT), 5 Oct 1832, calling attention to his work as a watch repairer, jeweler, and silversmith. Offered a long list of goods, including imported britannia and plated tea sets. 13
• He was a partner from 30 Aug 1833 to 19 Aug 1843 with James Brinsmaid in Burlington VT as PANGBORN & BRINSMAID, working form Pangborn's old shop on Church Street. 13 |
