• He was a partner from 1831 to 1834 with Thomas Page in Amherst Nova Scotia ⁴¹

• Master to Richard Page 1849 in Amherst Nova Scotia. ¹

• Master to Clement Page 1854 in Amherst Nova Scotia. ¹

• He worked from circa 1828 to 1885 as a silversmith and watchmaker in Amherst Nova Scotia listed in various directories until 1865 as jeweler and watchmaker, but continued silversmithing until his late 80's. ⁴¹
