• Advertised in the Newport Daily News (Newport RI), 20 Aug 1857, as a silversmith with a shop at 94 Thames.

• Advertised in the The Handbook of Newport and Rhode Island, 1852, as a "Manufacturer and Dealer in Standard Silverware, Jewelry, Plated Britannia and Japanned Ware"
