• He worked from 1831 to 1875 as a silversmith in Georgetown KY having bought the shop of his brother Alpheus.

• Master to Thomas Jefferson Shepard abt 1866 in Georgetown KY. ⁵

• Master to Samuel S. Shepard abt 1868 in Georgetown KY. ⁵

Thomas married Elizabeth Woodruff in 1852 in Georgetown KY.
