Abraham was originally buried in the cemetery located on land given by Jac ob L. Larzelere, Jr. to the village of Ypsilanti for a cemetery. All bodi es in that cemetery were moved at a date unknown by me to the Highland Cem etery in Ypsilanti and the original cemetery was abandoned and is pa rt of a park in Ypsilanti. Located in Block 5, Lot # 6. Abrahams gra ve is # 7 on the lot.The inscription on Abraham's gravestone reads::

Abraham Larzalere(sic), deceased, Probate File #314.
Petition for appointment of administrator dated Mar. 27, 1841, made by Jo hn Y. Larzalere(sic), died Mar. 24, 1841 leaving personal and real esta te in Washtenaw County to be administered. Died intestate. Deceased le ft widow who is and has been for several years past partially insane a nd is incompetent to administer said estate. Deceased left no children ex cepting petitioner -- John Y. Larzalere(sic).
