• Advertised in the Middlesex Gazette, 19 Jan 1809, announcing the formation of HEYDORN & IMLAY, watch and clockmakers. ³

• He was a partner from 1809 to 1811 with C. Heydorn in Hartford CT as HEYDORN & IMLAY. A notice dated 21 March 1811 announced that GOODWIN & TODD had taken over the business of HEYDORN & IMLAY. ³

• Alternate Mark for HEYDORN & IMLAY.
