• Tankard, c 1725 • Newport RI, 1726: with silver shop next north of Goulds Tailors. 3 • Appointed in 1728 as Justice of the Peace in Newport RI 3 • Appointed from circa 1729 to 1737 as Assistant in General Assembly in Newport RI assistant to Governor investigating health conditions. 3 • Appointed in 1737 as Committee to settle boundary dispute between Massachusetts and New Hampshire in Newport RI 3 Samuel married Elizabeth Fleet on 10 Apr 1707 in Newport RI. (Elizabeth Fleet was born in 1685 in Newport RI and died on 5 Mar 1722 in Newport RI.) Samuel next married Elizabeth Paine on 12 Jan 1725 in Newport RI. (Elizabeth Paine was born on 6 Nov 1681 in Bristol RI and died in Mar 1759 in Bristol RI.) |
