• He worked from 1771 to 1783 as a goldsmith and clockmaker in Hadley MA ³

• He worked in 1792 as a goldsmith and clockmaker in Middletown CT sharing space in Samuel Canfield's shop. ³

• He worked c 1794 as a silversmith in Hartford CT working with David Greenleaf. Curtis's Early Silver of Connecticut states that he advertised in Hartford in 1794, which must have been shortly before his death that same year. ³
