• Advertised in the Sommerset Journal, 29 May 1823, his shop, opposite Mr. Danforth's tavern, where he carried on the jewelry and silversmithing business. ³

• He worked from 1828 to 1850 as a silversmith and jeweler in Augusta ME ³

Amasa married Lydia French on 26 Jan 1806 in Dummerston VT. (Lydia French was born on 9 Jul 1784 in Dummerston VT and died on 1 Nov 1874 in Augusta ME.)
