General notes: Silversmith Events in his life were: • He worked c 1784 as a silversmith in Salem MA possibly as a journeyman in, or in association with, the shop of Edward Lang. In Lang's account books, Webb is credited with "Making 37 Tea Spoons, and 2 large do. at sundry times," and for "a pair of Silver Clasps." 7 |
