  Events in his life were:

• He worked from 1864 to 1887 as a silversmith and watchmaker in Stowe VT ⁶

• He was a partner from 1870 to 1872 with Eugene F. Rand in Waterbury VT as JENNY & RAND. Jenny remained in Stowe and Rand ran the shop in Waterbury. Early in 1872, he bought out Jenny's interest. ⁶

• He was a partner from 1873 to 1874 with J. A. Campbell in Hyde Park VT as JENNY & CAMPBELL. In an arrangement similar to JENNY & RAND, the partnership continued in both Stowe and Hyde Park until Campbell bought out his partner. ⁶
