• Porringer, c 1710 Boston Museum of Fine Arts 8 h: 1 5/8" d; 4 3/16" (lip) l: 2 1/8" (handle) wt: 3 oz, 12 dwt Engraved TBM for Thomas and Mary Barton, married 1710. The size is that of a child's porringer, but with adult initials. The unusual handle design can also be found on pieces made by Jeremiah Dummer, William Cowles, and Thomas Savage.
